For Windows Users

Using Print Function:

  1. Open the file you want to print.
  2. Click File then Print.
  3. Select Microsoft Print to PDF as printer. Select Print.
  4. Choose the name and destination folder.
  5. Click Save.

Using Save As Function:

  1. Open the file you want to print.
  2. Click File then Save As.
  3. Choose the name and destination folder. In the Save as File Type section, select PDF.
  4. Click Save.
For Mac Users

Using Print Function:

  1. Open the file you want to print.
  2. Click File then Print.
  3. On the PDF tab, choose Save As from the pop-up menu.
  4. Choose the name and destination folder. Select Print.

Using Save As Function:

  1. Open the file you want to print.
  2. Click File then Save As.
  3. Choose the name and destination folder. In the File Format section, select PDF.
  4. Choose the name and destination folder. Select Save.
LibreOffice / OpenOffice
  1. Open the file you want to print.
  2. Click File then Export as PDF.
  3. Choose the name and destination folder.
  4. Click Save.
